First National Real Estate Co. Ltd. is based in Chiang Mai, located at 316 Chiang Mai Land Rd. We do not work from home, we are a registered company with a proper office and are therefore accountable. Our database has properties that include Condos, Houses, Apartment Blocks, Guest Houses, Land, Resorts, Shop Houses, Businesses for sale and for rent.

We also specialise in sourcing specific property types on behalf of buyers. This is generally land for developments but can be any type of specific property requirement.

We can manage your property when you are away, collecting rent and attending to maintenance issues, making your property the worry free investment it should be.

We consult with buyers for establishing property portfolios for investment. We can advise what properties are likely to appreciate and what are delivering the better rate of return for rental income.

As we are Australian managed, as well as Thai speaking brokers we also speak native English so that there is no chance of confusion or inappropriate collusion with your target property. The management does have proper real esate credentials on display.

We are always happy to discuss both local and national real estate, however we only arrange inspections for legitimate buyers. If you are simply wanting a real estate tour, please advise as we can also do this without inconveniencing our owners. We charge THB2,000/head for a tour of areas of interest that includes lunch.
